App snap raise11/20/2022 Maybe instead of spending 6 figures on these clinics – pay the reps more comparably to other companies. Instead of paying their reps more fairly, they have a semi-annual clinic where they send you to Seattle, WA for 4 days of ‘training’ (brainwashing) to have you drink the koolaid. They do NOT factor cost of living, avg salary in your area, experience. Unless you live in a very prosperous, affluent area – do NOT expect to make money. The company states this is a salary when in reality it is an advance on funds that you are expected to pay back. But even before you see a dime of commission – you must pay off the draw. Your commission turns to 6-8% of total raised, well below industry standards. Once you hit your one-year anniversary, you have something called a ‘draw’ that builds up at $1400 every 2 weeks. You could have a great campaign and raise $15,000 for a team – and yet you are keeping $225.00 while the company makes hand over first on your hard work. Your ‘commission’ on what you raise in a year is 1.15% or they say ‘5% of snap fees’ to confuse reps. If you are under a year – they state you receive a salary of $33,600k a year ($1400 every 2 weeks). If you are coming into a territory with a teammate already – that teammate gets to pick the sports/clubs they want to work with – so you are already at a major disadvantage. You are given a territory in the area that you live, that at any time they may hire a teammate for you, so all your hard work and relationship building that you fostered from the ground up gets handed off to a teammate(s) with zero benefit or residual income to you. Their idea of outside sales is trespassing and sneaking around campuses. Especially when you are told to do this within the high school and middle school realm. I’m not a lawyer – but I imagine this is breaking multiple trespassing laws. You are required to SNEAK into the back door of schools to interrupt classes, practices, and meetings to get in front of coaches and teachers. If you don’t “FFP” - ‘Follow the 'freakin' Process’ then you will have a target on your back from day one. If you have a different personality than leadership and your peers – don’t expect to stick around long. Very politically driven, favoritism and nepotism are rampant throughout the company.
